At BRIMAS we are committed to creating a structure of communication between ourselves and suppliers.

We have created a 'Supplier Centre' a database that houses a wide range of suppliers and their products. Retailers can then apply for access to the suppliers they stock, allowing them to download the suppliers catalogue and product information. As a supplier you have to confirm that a retailer is authorised to stock your products before they are allowed access.

Why help?

  • Stock upload is quick and easy for retailers. (Allowing customers to see your full catalogue rather than just the dresses the retailer orders.)
  • The system will update the discontinued items for the retailers automatically. (Helping to reduce re-ordering issues.)
  • Suppliers will receive orders in the format they want with an easily tracked order history. (Hoping to reduce phone calls and admin for both the retailer and supplier.)

In order to create an extensive database we have tried to make the process as convenient as possible for suppliers, only asking for information you would readily have available.

What we would need

  • Current collection details. Including Prices, Fabric/Colours available.
  • Measurement chart
  • Images of collection

In regards to on-going communication we ask for;

  • Updated collection details (yearly)
  • Discontinuation notices
  • New colour / fabric ranges

Dress Designers

BRIMAS Works Closely With Dress Designers

BRIMAS can accept all bridal products (bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, accessories & more) into the system which are fully searchable through our catalogue and stock browser features. Every product is accompanied by an image which is then displayed in the shops catalogue which can be viewed by a customer to browse a designers entire collection.

Ordering a Dress

BRIMAS manages the complete sale process from start to finish. Once an order has been confirmed the purchase order can be sent to you (the dress designer) directly, via email, text or in your preferred format with any unique reference number.

Creating a Product

BRIMAS allows you to enter several product details such as fabrics, colours, styles and size ranges...etc Measurement templates can also be stored for each dress designers, allowing each shop to recommend dress sizes based on customer details, e.g. bust/waist/hips.

Close Relationships

BRIMAS already has made excellent working relationships with several British and European Dress Designers. The more closely we work together the better customer experience we can provide and the more exposure we can give your dress ranges. Also by having your own customised measurement template in the system each shop can provide you with accurate and detailed orders instantly.
